3) Lettuce Head: Honestly, your best guess is ours when it comes to this woman wearing a lettuce leaf on her head as a hat. Perhaps this is a new fashion statement. There is a movement by PETA called “The Lettuce Ladies” where women wear lettuce to protest the treatment of animals, however, we aren’t quite clear if this is that kind of protest. The costumes are FAR different. This woman is just leaving us scratching our heads.
