It’s been approximately three weeks since Prince George had started his first day of school but according to a parent who chatted with Prince William about their sons, George is over going to school.

George is currently attending Thomas’s Battersea under the name George Cambridge. The more informal title is meant to ensure that he grows up with as normal a childhood as possible as opposed to being treated like royalty. Much like everyday children, George has been reluctant to head back into the classroom.

Louise Smith, a 31-year-old mother who reportedly spoke to William told Today reporters of her conversation. “It was really exciting meeting William. He told me he’d just dropped Prince George off at school and he didn’t want to go. Sounds a bit like mine, really.” When George was first being dropped off at school on September 7, he looked reluctant to go even then.

According to Today, William has been taking George to school on account of Kate still battling hyperemesis gravidarum, which is a severe form of morning sickness. According to Dr. Tamara Bugembe, the case is the severest example of morning sickness and nausea during pregnancy. Dr. Bugembe was interviewed by Evening Standard on September 7, 2017, to provide more insight into the diagnosis.

“Nausea and vomiting can be so severe that it starts to cause complications such as dehydration, an imbalance of the body’s salts and weight loss of more than five percent of the mother’s pre-pregnancy weight,” Dr. Bugembe added.

Middleton has had this condition with her first two pregnancies as well.

The chances of getting hyperemesis gravidarum are approximately one percent but if you’ve been diagnosed with it before, the chance of you getting it again goes up to 15 percent. Evening Standard reports that “you should visit a doctor if you are dehydrated and haven’t passed urine for more than six hours, you are losing weight or you are unable to keep oral anti-sickness medication down.”
