There comes a time when enough is enough. The people of America have long faced adversity and fear since the election of Donald Trump in office. Consistently exploiting himself as a villain of the people and making countless mistakes, Americans and people worldwide have inevitably been keeping tabs on this questionable man.

Joe Scarborough, co-host of MSNBC’s Morning Joe, passionately spoke in a public outcry about the current President of the United States. He called on the Cabinet to invoke the 25th Amendment, in hopes of removing Donald Trump from his presidential duties. This comes after an extensive series of bursts and unruly decisions that Trump has made since being sworn in.
The New York Daily News, a publication that Trump has long been reading himself, said in an editorial that “only those completely under his spell can deny what growing numbers of Americans have long suspected, the President of the United States is profoundly unstable” and “mentally unwell.” Joe added that “Everybody around Donald Trump knows he’s unstable” and that he is “completely detached from reality.” Additionally, he said that people close to the president have said that he’s showing early signs of dementia, which is not to be overlooked or dismissed. He fears that the President is fueling the threat of a serious war with North Korea, endangering the lives of US citizens. This is a serious and growing issue, as the President-elect is threatening the future of his own country.
Joe boldly stated, “The problem is, we are not fine in this country.” And many Americans would agree, since his election. He called out the Cabinet’s attention, reminding them that they don’t serve Mr. Trump, they represent the lives of the entire American population that is in their hands.
As he’s been known to do, Trump fired at Scarborough, bringing attention to a rather unverified conspiracy, looking into the death of a staff member who was found dead in his office while he was a congressman in Florida. Upon investigation, a medical examiner ruled the death to be an accident, as the 28-year-old woman had an undiagnosed heart condition. Naturally, he steers the attention away from him, during a time when he’s under fire.
Co-host and fiancee Mika Brzezinski spoke out on this matter, stating that the President has yet again crossed another line. Unhesitantly, she proclaimed that she and Joe are not intimidated and that his “bizarre behaviour contravenes both the Constitution and basic moral judgment”, something that many questions if Trump has at all.
The renowned host couple decided to publicly address this matter before things continue to escalate as they have. Mr. Trump has justified the conclusions people have made about him, time and time again. The reality is, that it’s a fearful time in America, and something needs to be done before the lives of Americans are further affected. “What is the cabinet waiting for?”
