Internet Attempts To Photoshop Out Shirtless Guy From Couple’s Photo, The Results Are Hilarious

Be careful what you wish for, especially when you ask random internet strangers to edit your pictures. This is the lesson the couple in this story had to learn the hard (and hilarious) way.

By now, you’ve probably seen the viral stories of the Photoshop artists who specialize in the craft of turning mundane pictures into hilarious edits. This particular “Please Edit My Picture For Free” story begins just like any other.

A couple recently got engaged and decided to take a picture of the moment. Unfortunately, the photographer didn’t do a very good job at framing the couple, and someone else stole the attention in the background. A shirtless man, minding his own business.

One of the couple’s friends, named Ashley Guice, decided to ask for help in a Facebook group: “I cannot for the life of me photoshop him out! Can anyone help me out without us having to crop the image?”

On the flipside, Ashley asked for the edit nicely, without shaming the random stranger who happened to walk by. But still, the internet decided to get creative with their edits.

Here’s the original image. In hindsight, it wasn’t the man’s fault whatsoever. We have to blame the photographer for not knowing how to take a picture of a special moment.

And so the edits begin. Most people would agree that this is hilarious. I would make this my official engagement picture, hands down.

Mr. Bean is an instant classic. Who wouldn’t chuckle at this? Hopefully, the couple has a good sense of humor.

This edit of the photobomber stealing the bride-to-be is chilling. It’s also the best one in the list. I wonder if the accidental photobomber has seen these.

Someone decided to multiply the problem by a lot and turned this picture into a surreal world where everyone looks like the photobomber. This is some real dedication to the craft of Photoshopping.

Here’s a play on the earlier edit, this time it’s the husband-to-be who gets to cuddle with the photobomber. Everyone looks pretty happy to me.

And here’s a creative twist on fulfilling the request. Technically, they did exactly as the friend requested; they removed the photobomber completely. So she can’t complain.

Who doesn’t love Leonardo Dicaprio? He adds a touch of classy and cool to every event he goes to. I would definitely frame this picture and imagine he’s congratulating me on my engagement.

This one is just adorable. How many layers of photoshopping are there? Was the puppy already riding the wrecking ball? What was he originally sitting on? We’ll never know.

Here’s a more political take on the joke. Kim Jong-un spying on the happy couple. Adding the secretive and volatile dictator is always bound to make someone laugh.

And finally, an actual fix to the problem. Although some people would complain about the plant not being realistic enough, compared to the other edits, this one is the best.
