‘Alaskan Bush People’ is back, and we’re getting an exclusive trailer of Ami’s first appearance in their Christmas special. There’s honestly no better way to end a difficult year for the Browns, also known as the Alaskan Bush People, than with a special celebration. The show just released a small trailer of the special, showing a smile back on Ami’s face as she takes a break from her battle with cancer. The trailer alone will warm your heart.

Though there aren’t any updates on her health just yet, the clip shows just how much the cancer-stricken mom is overwhelmed with joy as her loved ones surprise her with a very special dinner. The “Alaskan Bush People” children put in a ton of effort to ensure that their mother will never forget this special moment. It honestly looks so beautiful. The trailer opens up with Bear, who has now become active on social media and is sharing some pretty interesting stuff in his daily life. While waiting for their mother, Bear tells Rainy that holding in the surprise can be compared to hunting…an activity that he happens to miss the most.
The Brown kids are shown nervously waiting for their mother Ami to come home. They are super excited to reveal their surprise dinner to her. The entire decor looks extremely joyful and you can feel the excitement and nervousness from everyone, considering this is the first time everyone will see Ami on TV. Last time we saw her was back in August in a heartbreaking episode on Alaskan Bush People.
According to Monsters and Critics, Snowbird revealed what exactly the moment felt for Ami, saying “The best thing about this Christmas is that mom gets to spend it with us”. Anyone would get a bit emotional watching the trailer. Especially when Ami herself gets emotional as she recalls that her health has been looking bad for quite some time.
Snowbird from Alaskan Bush People also added, “Having mom here for this Christmas I think is the best gift that we could ever get. That’s why I want to cherish this Christmas, and I want to show her how much we love her, and how much it means to us that she gets to spend this Christmas with us”.
Judging by the trailer, it looks like the Alaskan Bush People kids pulled off surprising their mom and their father Billy is the happiest person to be able to witness his children surprising their mother. He shared his thoughts, saying “It blew me away with what they did. Ami’s look was worth everything. When we walked out? It was so cool”.
