‘Avengers: Infinity War’ Cast Goes On A Hollywood Star Bus Tour Led By James Corden

To any Avengers fans who went out to see Infinity War this weekend all I can say is: Wow. If you’ve seen the film then you’ll understand my lack of words.

The most recent addition to the Avengers franchise, Infinity War, posted a higher weekend debut than any movie in history, including the biggest debut for any of its cast and crew, any superhero movie, any Marvel adaptation, any non-summer release… the list goes on (I’m not kidding).

The Avengers is jam-packed with everyone’s superhero favourites – hence the appeal – so James Corden decided to bring all the superheroes back together once more. In a hilarious segment on The Late Late Show, Corden revealed his life-long aspirations of starting an LA bus tour catered to celebrities. Corden then revealed the project, called James Corden’s The Star Star Tours and anxiously awaited for the stars to arrive.

Low-and-behold, it wasn’t long before Tom Hiddleston himself, who plays Loki in the Marvel films, boarded the bus. Hiddleston was followed by fellow Avengers: Infinity War cast-mates Paul Bettany, Chris Pratt, Benedict Cumberbatch, Pom Klementieff, Zoe Saldana, Winston Duke, Sebastian Stan, Letitia Wright, Elizabeth Olsen, Don Cheadle, Anthony Mackie and Josh Brolin. Corden was overwhelmed by the amount of star power, admitting as they filed onto the bus one by one, ‘This is more stars than I could have dreamt of.’

Realizing that having all the celebs in one space made for quite the photo-op, Corden declared before the tour began that flash photography was allowed. ‘Just make sure you tag me in all the photos,’ specified Corden as Don Cheadle wielded his disposable camera with pride. The host added, ‘Weapons are prohibited on the bus. That includes firearms, mace, war hammers, Vibranium and Infinity Gauntlets.’

Corden then assigned Benedict Cumberbatch and Chris Pratt to apply sunscreen to his legs. Another standout moment was when Corden tells Marvel bad guy Josh Brolin (Thanos) that he couldn’t go to the bathroom because he lacked exclusive bathroom privileges: ‘As rules on the Star Tours, you have to have appeared in three or more Marvel movies to use the bathroom. End-credit scenes don’t count.’

After failed attempts at getting any spoilers from the tight-lipped castmates, they headed to Golden Apple Comics, where they took pictures with some lucky fans. They ended off the tour with a hilarious rendition of ‘We Are The World’ making it pretty much the most epic bus tour you will ever see. Did we mention there’s a special super guest who shows up super late to the tour? Watch the video below to see who it is!
