Amid the extraordinary buzz surrounding the Kardashian-Jenner clan’s pregnancies, the headlines keep rolling for the reality TV family. This time, it’s a case for the dramatic books, as an ex-boyfriend has resurfaced, claiming that Kylie Jenner’s baby might be his.
Kylie Jenner’s ex-boyfriend Tyga is demanding a DNA test, just days after the birth of her first child. After keeping her pregnancy hidden for the entire duration, Kylie Jenner took to Instagram to announce that she had given birth to a healthy baby girl. Stormi Webster, whose name was verified by an official birth certificate obtained by TMZ, was conceived on February 1st at Cedars-Sinai in L.A, weighing in at 8 lbs, 9 oz.
According to Radar Online, ex-boyfriend Tyga is demanding a DNA test. A source close to the rapper revealed to Radar Online that “Tyga wants a DNA test because he really thinks that there is a chance this baby could be his.” The two were still involved nine months ago before she made it official with rapper Travis Scott, who is the father of her child.
Back in September, when rumours began surfacing of Kylie Jenner’s pregnancy, Tyga made a comment on Snapchat saying “Hell Nah that’s my kid”, before quickly deleting it. Hollywood Life reports that Tyga still misses Jenner, and would like to meet the baby amid the speculation and belief that it may be his. A source close to him admitted to Hollywood Life “he is struggling with all types of feelings and he doesn’t know what to do.”
Furthermore, the close source revealed that Tyga has a lot of questions at this time, and still wonders if there is a chance that the baby could be his. “Tyga misses Kylie now more than ever […] He really wants to meet the baby and wants some clarity and or closure on their situation,” they told Hollywood Life.
Although he’s demanded a paternity test at this time, there is no confirmation whether he has contacted Kylie himself, or if she agreed to it at this time. Kylie’s approach to keeping it a secret all this time was to ensure that she followed the most stress-free option for herself and the baby. Now, with this inquiry looming, it can very well contradict the whole “stress-free” aspect.
There’s no telling what may come from Tyga’s request, as the proud new mother continues to enjoy her downtime, beginning her first journey of motherhood.
