‘Psychic’ Who Predicted Brexit and Trump Makes 2018 Forecasts

A self-appointed “psychic” who predicted Trump and Brexit has released a set of predictions for what will happen in 2018. And they’re depressing as hell.

Craig Hamilton-Parker, author of “What To Do When You Are Dead: Better Living In The Afterlife,” made headlines for predicting the Trump win, Britain’s breakaway from Europe, and Hillary Clinton’s step down from politics. In the early autumn of 2016, he described 2017 as a year of  “economic troubles and great social unrest with violent rioting and great suffering for the poorest in society.” And that was all before the results of the American election had even come in!

Hamilton-Parker believes that “our thoughts and actions create ripples in reality that bounce back on us and influence events,” and that current events in the world are “being driven by the karma we have accumulated through history.” Well, we must have some pretty lousy karma, because his newest slate of predictions is dismal.

In a new blog post, Hamilton-Parker claims that 2018 will see “political turmoil and environmental crisis caused by dramatic and unprecedented weather.” He predicts a terrorist attack on a British motorway, a chemical drone attack on a European city, the downing of a U.S. warship, racial riots in France and Germany, the second eruption of Mount Vesuvius, and worsening environmental conditions leading to a chunk of Antarctica falling loose. Oh, and Donald Trump will survive an impeachment attempt.

In lighter news, Hamilton-Parker claims that the new year will see wedding bells for Britain’s ruling dynasty and war drums for North Korea’s. Hamilton-Parker asserts that Kim Jong-Un’s own people will oust the autocrat, tiring of American action against the state.

Hamilton-Parker claims that his “predictions” come to him through visions and prophetic dreams, and he also claims that his books contain the secrets to  “spiritual remedies” for the karmically-caused ills of the world. He also believes that 2018 will herald a “growth in spirituality for the people of the world that will now start to lead us into a Golden Age,” and that the difficulties of the year will “bring good people together and ignite a desire to seek the true purpose of human life.”

Hell, why not? Nothing else has worked.
