In the photographs, it is evident that Trump is holding the large black umbrella over his own head and neglecting to cover or protect his 11-year-old son Barron, and the First Lady, Melania Trump.

It was on Friday when pictures were taken at the Palm Beach International Airport. It has been reported that the President was returning back to Washington after a weekend in Florida.

Weather reports for that day showed a forecast of thunderstorms, however, in the pictures, it doesn’t seem like there is much rain albeit a lot of wind.

The mother and son could be seen walking behind Trump up the stairs to the plane without any sort of umbrellas or waterproof clothing.

A Twitter user by the name of Sonny Grewal said: ‘just seen @realDonaldTrump getting on his plane holding an umbrella for himself while his son and wife get soaked in the rain. Says it all about him! #selfishTrump.’
SnopesAnother person shared his comments: ‘Friday while in Pittsburgh a total stranger shared his umbrella with me in the parking lot at the hospital. He even walked over to me over to my car he was elderly and I told him I was OK but, he insisted.’
