4. Using Radar Detectors. According to urdo.com, you can use these radars in certain states to detect speed traps. They’re completely legal in private vehicles, too. However, once again, this doesn’t apply to all states and can vary depending on where you live. So before you go out and buy a radar, make sure it’s legal in your state. If it is, go NUTS! Ha ha! Take THAT cops, that’s what you get for giving me that ticket! Sure, I was going 100 in a school zone, but COME ON!
